The Ann Arbor Chamber of Commerce needed additional financial expertise shortly before and during its merger with the Ypsilanti Chamber of Commerce. Field Consulting Services took over the duties of merging the two organizations' finances and developing new reports and metrics to be reported to the Finance Committee and Board of Directors. This included the start up of a new accounting system to control the larger business and bringing on board a new accounting firm to manage the organization's audit and taxes.
